Our Honeymoon in Cancun

Bob and I never had a honeymoon so we decided to book one while he was deployed in the desert. We chose Cancun, Mexico for it's beautiful views and, of course, it's affordability. We drove to Chicago and left the kiddos with his parents and flew to Cancun for 5 exciting days. We got to see two different ruin sites--Tulum and Chichen Itza. We also visited the island Isla de Mujeres by ferry and had a blast there driving a golf cart! Our resort, Dreams Cancun, was very nice--surrounded y water on three sides. It offered spectacular views of the Carribean. We had a great time and hope to bring the kiddos back someday!
